We use double-walled boxes and specialized protective padding for all orders. Shipping is typically processed within 3-5 business days with full insurance included.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product to initiate a full refund or replacement.
Can I return a fixture if it doesn't fit my space?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item has not been installed and is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
